Brad:
We are not really sure when as of right now. It depends a lot on how many people can commit to the event. Right now, I think we have 5 people including yourself.
To do a track like last year requires a lot of work, and last year it fell o. Troy Tim and Blake I believe to do all the work. Admittedly, I could not make it due to work. It is to much for a little interest.
I personly would like to have a track like we had last year with a little more air time involved. But I (and others) feel that it it too much for what we get from the event in participation / new sign ups.
I know this is a long answer, but just want to let you know (and others who may wonder) why we are coming to this decision.
Would love to have you come out and drive with us, no matter what we have set up. This goes for all others as well.

Is this event still happening? Seems like there is very little interest/activity on what we are going to do. I think a couple big jumps and a crawler course would be easy enough to set up/take down. Between that and the swap meet…if we are still doing the swap? I think we will be pretty busy.

I think we will still do the swap meet, and set up the jumps. Maybe depending on time and poeple, we can do something else.
Talked to the Brick today, and they will have pro's and joe's doing the BBQ. We will set up the night before, probably around 6 I would imagine.
The Tent sale starts at 10:00 am. If poeple would like to show up for that time, we can get organized, and maybe play a little!!!
If you know of anyone interested in coming out, let them know. Pass this on to any other groups as well.

I will be there for approx 5:30 - 6:00 Friday Night, to set up the area at the Brick. Troy will try to have the Dirt and bobcat there for that night. If you have rakes and shovels, please feel free to bring them. Maybe bring a vehicle to test the build as well.
Please keep in mind as well that chairs, tables, etc are not supplied to us, and if you need them, please bring them.
