Medicine Hat is having there 2nd annual Shoot Out. This is an event you DON"T want to miss. Sign up soon it's filling fast. You do not need to be a "Pro" to race you just have to come and have fun. Trust me it's A LOT of FUN!!
The race is Sept. 3rd- 5th. the long weekend. there are going to be racers coming from all over, so come check it out and sign up and RACE!!!!

There is a practice day set up for this Saturday July 31. If you want to come and check it out you are more then welcome.

The Shootout is getting close, get registered, you don't want to miss this one!

There will be camping available at the track, there are limited spots and you must reserve a spot if you want to camp at the track. On that note our track is right next to a train track so there will be noise as the train travels all hours, we don't want to scare away campers we just want everyone informed.

TRACK ADDRESS AND DIRECTIONS

The address of the track is 851 Industrial Ave. If you are coming from the west on HWY#1 turn left off the hwy onto frist street at the right after you cross the river, follow first street all the way to North railway street, turn right on north railway street, you will keep on north railway street, going under an overpass, through a schoolzone(make sure you slow down they watch it closely), you will com to a Y in the road, there is a yield sign there and a Korner convenience store, take the right fork, keep going until you cross the creek, there will be a warehouse on your right (Central Youth Hub) turn into the parking lot and follow the lot infront of the building, on the west side you will see a grass road leading into the track.

PIT MAN RACE

Don't forget about the pitman race, you and your pitman are a team, Team member #1 is on the drivers stand and team member #2 is on the opposite side of the track with the car with an empty fuel tank, at the horn Team member #2 runs to the pit lane fuels the car and starts the car, team member #1 on the stand does 2 laps, brings it into pit lane then you switch positions and team member #2 does 2 laps, the first team to complete 4 laps as described above wins.
You can use any nitro vehicle.
Entry fee will be $10 per team, winner takes all.

DRIVER'S SOCIAL

We will be having a driver's social on Saturday night after racing. This is open to everyone, family, pit crew, etc.

The menu will be as follows:

7oz. filet (cooked to order by the best chef in western Canada)
baked potato with all the toppings
Taber corn on the cob
salads


The cost for this spectacular evening will be $18 per plate, due to cancellations last year after people had registered for the dinner we will need you to register and pay for the social by Sunday August 29th.
