we need to have a club meeting. in order to discuse track maintenance do to the increase in memberships. also our web page.
we will need to e-mail every one and find out when they are available.
any thoughts or suggestions?

i've sent bulk from this site, but dunno how many get received or junked. Klint has that mailer on our website, but i dunno how to send anything with it. mass pm's might work, as the forum defaults to send an e-mail notice of pm's, but only 4 diff members are on daily, and 6-8 weekly.

hmm we need to get this matter resolved. maybe we could have a small meeting at the track iether sunday or monday?

we can do Monday if suitable for everyone, I know a lot of people have left for the weekend, but I can send out a email to everyone for it.
Hopefully people will be back for Monday.
