As a reminder to all, the Track waiver information is as follows:
The Brooks RC Club is a division of the Brooks Motor Cross Association.
1) First and foremost, let it be known that this is an "ENTER AT OWN RISK FACILITY"
2) I understand that at all times while on the grounds, the sole responsibility for my personal safety remains with me.
3) I will remove myself from participation and notify the appropriate authorities, if at any time I sense or observe any unusual hazard or unsafe condition.
4) I am aware that I am accountable for all my actions while on the grounds, and that of any under age person or persons that may be accompanying me.
5) I am aware that I am also responsible for any person who will be on my membership with me.
6) Tools, equipment, RC's, fuel and any other item that I bring onto the grounds are my responsibility.
7) Lost or stolen articles are not the responsibility of the Brooks RC Club, or any affiliates thereof.
8) I am aware that the Brooks RC Club reserves the right to revoke my membership, and those of the people listed on my account
and that the Brooks RC Club may suspend access to the park without warning, if any rules or infractions are broken.
9) I understand that the Brooks RC Club Facility is a family oriented facility, and as a member it is in part my responsibility to keep it safe and clean.
10) I will report any conflicts of interest or any issues to the local Hobby Shop (Blazin' Hobbies) at which time they will present to them or it to the board members
and the appropriate action will be taken.
I know there's money in the RC Hobby........I put it there!
